ORDER. On 7/7/2026, the Court held a hearing to show cause as to why a preliminary junction should not issue. Attorney Jacob Yiping Chen appeared on behalf of thirteen of the one hundred Defendants. At the hearing, Plaintiff and the represented Defendants agreed to extend the TRO currently in place as it applied to those Defendants. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the TRO granted on 6/12/2026 and extended on 6/22/2026 is extended as to the Defendants represented by Mr. Chen. These Defendants are hereby ORDERED to show cause as to why a preliminary injunction should not be issued on 7/29/2026 at 10 A.M. via Zoom Teleconferencing before Judge Christy Criswell Wiegand. ORDER GRANTING IN PART and DENYING IN PART [17] Motion for Extension of Time and RESCHEDULING show cause hearing. In the [17] Motion, certain Defendants seek a fourteen-day extension of the deadline to respond to Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction. The Court finds that there is good cause to grant the request, however, the fourteen-day length of the requested extension is unduly long, and the Court concludes that a twelve-day extension is sufficient. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the [17] Motion is GRANTED IN PART such that the moving Defendants' deadline to respond to Plaintiff's Motion is extended to 7/1/2026.
